Recycled Corrugated Plastic Sheets Solutions
When it comes to choosing the right product for your project, particularly in display applications, it is important to choose a product that not only looks good but is built to last. For signage, display, point of sale, and digital and screen printing use cases, our ImpraBoard corrugated plastic sheets have it all. Durable, weather-resistant, easily fabricated and cost-effective, they are an ideal choice for many projects. They are also made of as much recycled material as possible to maintain a good print surface, whilst being a sustainable solution for businesses that are looking to reduce their carbon footprint.
We will be exploring the use cases of ImpraBoard plastic sheets, how they can be recycled, and why you should choose them for your next project.
Recyclability
For businesses that value sustainability, we offer our customers the chance to create a more circular economy through a free-of-charge recycling option. When your existing products or materials have reached the end of their lifecycle, we will collect bagged off-cuts and signage that can be recycled into polymer pellets and remanufactured into irrigation and culvert piping at our New Zealand facility. After repurposing the products back into resin by melting them at 230°C, the resulting resin can be used in applications including the middle layer in large pipes or culverts, or the moulding process using PP in steel carriers for housing.
A high-quality product solution for signage and display products, ImpraBoard print-grade corrugated plastic sheets are an ideal solution for commercial and industrial applications. Sustainability
Sustainability is a growing concern, particularly in sectors that currently do not implement sustainable practices across the board. In construction and development, for example, operations have been driven by financial feasibility and return on investment, with sustainability being an afterthought. Fortunately, awareness surrounding sustainability and net-zero emissions targets are slowly beginning to make headway, with environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors becoming a greater priority. Incorporating sustainable products into a project highlights the conscious choice of builders, developers, and architects to choose products with less carbon footprint, which can foster positive sentiment and showcase your business’s intentions to create a better future.
How You Can Use ImpraBoard
Thanks to its key features and attributes, ImpraBoard corrugated plastic sheets are suitable for signage, display, point of sale, digital and screen printing products.
